Georgina Gray is an artist of British and Chinese descent, and has lived most of her life in Singapore. Her professional background in graphic design and advertising led her to a career in advertising as a copywriter before she pursued her dream of becoming an artist.
Working primarily with acrylics, her folk abstract expressionist work is a celebration of wanderlust and nature, and often features quirky animals and landscapes in a riot of colours.
Her work has been recognized in the art book ‘SITE.MA: Singapore in the Eyes of Mother Artists’, launched by Mr Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for National Development, Digital Development and Information in Singapore.
Two of her paintings were also transformed into a fashion collection by designer Anseina Eliza of Singapore label ANS.EIN. Georgina's pieces are held by private collectors across Singapore, the United States, UAE, Poland and Australia, reflecting her growing international presence and appeal.
